Day 5: Menu Diet

Berat: 53kg (naik 1kg sebab cuti diet ari ahad-wedding KIM)


Bfast: Telur rebus + tomato + timun + coslow

Lunch: Ikan kembung goreng + sayur kobis goreng



Dinner (b4 8pm) : sup telur
(tumis bawang + halia + cili api + ikan bilis. masuk air + sawi + kobis bunga. pecah telur + tabur bawang goreng)


Air 2 liter perday

simple tapi trust me, kenyang......
